Following its success in 2018, a leading trenchless event will return to Turkey on 9–11 October 2019.
Taking place in Ankara, the Turkish Society for Infrastructure and Trenchless Technology (TSITT) will once again host No-Dig Turkey in conjunction with the fifth Water Loss Forum Turkey.
The event brings together all parties engaged in the planning, design, implementation and management processes of trenchless projects, and is a platform to gain information on the country’s infrastructure projects.
The technical sessions will present the benefits of trenchless applications to decrease water losses in pipelines, with case studies making use of Turkey’s 20-year history using trenchless technology.
In addition, the event will provide a place for private one-on-one business meetings to take place and a strong tradeshow for the developing industry.
There will be a strong focus on the local industry; as the urbanisation of Turkey’s metropolitan cities continues, local and central governments have found there is no better alternative to trenchless solutions for the new installation and rehabilitation of underground infrastructure.
The event is anticipating participation from more than 1,000 people as well as more than 25 companies from across Germany, UK, Austria, Japan, Russia, Belarussia, Malaysia, Iran, Egypt and Turkey.
