A leading horizontal directional drilling (HDD) contractor has completed work on the Tuas South Cable Landing Project in Singapore.
HDI Lucas, formerly known as AJ Lucas, worked in conjunction with Kim Heng Marine & Oilfield to complete the project.
The contractor has now handed both cable landings over to ASEAN Cableship for its ongoing works for telecommunications company Singtel.
The HDD construction was delivered injury-free and HDI Lucas described the level of local participation in the project as “significant”.
