Wessex Water has released a video of its team installing a felt liner to repair a sewer in Calne, England.
The project involved the installation of a structural liner in the busy town centre of Calne over a 10-day period with minimal disruption to local residents.
The project was undertaken to prevent several defects in the sewer from contributing to blockages in the area, with relining chosen to avoid the need for largescale excavation now and in the future.
The team installed a resin-impregnated felt liner, which was cured using hot water.
