Louisiana Tech University’s Trenchless Technology Center (TTC) is teaming with the US National Utility contractors Association (NUCA) to host the third annual Auger Boring School on 12–16 November 2018.
Taking place at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Ruston, Louisiana, the five-day course will provide students with information about auger boring operations, helping them develop the knowledge needed to produce successful projects.
Practical sessions will offer participants hands-on experience with auger boring equipment.
The course will be taught by industry experts and will cover all aspects of a project from design to construction, with a special focus on safety.
The course has been designed for contractors, engineers, project superintendents, foremen, crew members, estimators, public officials, educators, and state highway department and regulatory agency representatives.
A discounted early bird price of US$1,495 is available for those register before 22 October 2018; an additional discount is available when three or more attendees from the same company register and for NUCA members.
