Registrations are available for the International Water Association (IWA) World Water Congress and Exhibition, which will take place in Tokyo, Japan on 16-21 September 2018.
The congress is the global event for water professionals covering the entire water cycle, attracting more than 5,500 water, environment and related professionals from more than 100 countries.
The event offers new insights into how pioneering science, technological innovation and leading practices shape the major transformation in water management.
Each edition of the congress emphasises issues of interest to the country its hosted in, which rotates each event.
As the event will be hosted in Japan this year, the key focuses are the digital economy, megacities, diffusion of innovation, disaster resilience and sustainability.
There are a range of registration types available:
- low income country (LCI) student – €445 (US$505)
- LCI IWA member – €695 (US$788)
- LCI non-member – €795 (US$900)
- student – €545 (US$618)
- IWA member – €1,095 (US$1,241)
- non-member – €1,295 (US$1,467).
