The deadlines for applications for the NASTT Awards is approaching, with submissions closing as soon as 1 November 2017.
The program recognises the achievements and accomplishments of individuals and companies associated with the trenchless technology industry.
Three award categories for the NASTT Awards program are still open for applications.
Municipal and Public Utility Scholarship Award
The NASTT No-Dig Show Municipal and Public Utility Scholarship Award was established in 2013 to provide education and training for North American municipalities, government agencies and utility owners who have limited or no travel funds due to economic challenges.
Selections for the award are determined based on applications responses and need.
Recipients of the scholarship will be awarded full conference registration to the NASTT No-Dig Show 2018 in Palm Springs, California, including access to all exhibits and technical paper sessions.
Selected applicants will also be eligible for overnight accommodation.

Ralston Young Trenchless Achievement Award
The NASTT Ralston Young Trenchless Achievement Award is an annual award, established in 2010, to recognise a young individual who has demonstrated excellence in the early stages of their career and made a valuable contribution to the trenchless technology industry.
The award recipient will be formally recognised during the NASTT Annual No-Dig Show Gala Awards Dinner.
To be eligible for consideration, candidates must be current NASTT members under the age of 36 during the year of presentation, and must have been members of NASTT for a minimum of 24 continuous months.
The recipient will be selected by a committee appointed by the NASTT Chair and applicants will be judged on employment history, relevant publications and major accomplishments related to the trenchless technology industry.
Consideration of volunteer service to the NASTT, and a Regional Chapter or a Student Chapter shall also be an important component of the rating criteria.

Abbott Award for Innovative Products and Services: Rehabilitation and New Installation
The Abbott Award for Innovative Products and Services: Rehabilitation and New Installation recognises two companies with state-of-the-art products that have advanced the trenchless industry in new installation and rehabilitation.
The awards are named in honour of Joseph L Abbott Jr, who was actively involved in the society from its creation in 1990.
