The project team will assist Oman’s Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) in designing and implementing technologies, procedures and asset management systems to further its water utility management.

Work for the five-year, multimillion-dollar contract includes a comprehensive analysis of PAEW’s current information and communication technology systems, performance monitoring and asset management and development of operations manuals and procedures.

Manager for Malcolm Pirnie in Oman Mohsen Mortada said “This project is a key step for PAEW to achieve its goals in the areas of customer service, staff development, utility performance and environmental stewardship, and will positively affect quality of life for its customers throughout the country of Oman.”
