Mr Nye will oversee all aspects of the firm’s operations in the Asia Pacific region, including sales, marketing, service delivery, operations and finance. MWH has 1,500 employees in Asia Pacific, from Australia, Brunei, China, Guam, India, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Mr Nye joined MWG 1993, taking on international water resource engineering challenges, including technical director in MWH’s Hong Kong office, where he was responsible for water, sewerage and drainage projects.
In addition, he has held several global leadership roles, including: Business Development Manager; Asia Pacific Director of Operations, Natural Resources and Industry; and General Manager, Australia.
Most recently, Mr Nye has served as Global Growth Sector Leader, Water, in which he helped to increase the firm’s position as a wet infrastructure and water engineering leader.
