The company also has the option to acquire the Asian, European and Latin American operations of Fyfe Group.

Fyfe Group, based in San Diego, California, is focused on development, manufacture and installation of fiber reinforced polymer systems for the structural repair, strengthening and restoration of pipelines, buildings, bridges and tunnels, and waterfront structures.

The acquisition is expected to be closed by the end of August.
