Under the terms of the agreement, the equipment, resources and personnel of Frontier Pipeline will become part of Southeast. Dan Baillargeon, CEO of Frontier Pipeline, will join the Southeast executive team, headquartered in Casa Grande, Arizona.

“I’m excited to join the Southeast team,” said Mr Baillargeon. “The combined resources and capacity of Southwest and Frontier will create a powerful company within the HDD market.”

Southeast CEO Steve Ugrich said “Bringing an effective, experienced operator like Dan to our leadership team will only further strengthen our offering to the HDD market."

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
