From the Chairman’s Desk

From the Chairman’s Desk

I am honoured to serve you as the newly-appointed Chairman of the ISTT and look forward to doing my part to help continue the global growth of Trenchless Technology. I feel that my three years as Vice Chairman, as an understudy to Dr Dec Downey, have prepared me for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Executive Director’s Report

We begin a new year with new leadership. Dr Samuel Ariaratnam takes over as Chairman and Derek Choi is the new Vice Chairman, replacing Dr Ariaratnam. We lose two very effective subcommittee members Karel Franczyk and Olga Martynyuk – but I am happy to report that both Karel and Olga have volunteered to remain active in support of ISTT educational efforts.
